Complete the Exchange Form
We’ll send you the exchange form to fill in.
Send Back the Item
Ship the original item with the completed form to the provided address.
Include Track & Trace.
Receive New Item
Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the correct size to you for FREE.

Exchanges – For Damaged or Incorrect Items

Report the Issue
Email info@alexander-newyork.com with photos or a short video of the damaged/incorrect item, and a short description of the issue.
Validation
Our team will review the issue and confirm eligibility.
Replacement Sent
A free replacement will be processed and sent to you.
Tracking Details Shared
We’ll email you the tracking number once your replacement has shipped.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Returns and exchanges
I want to return an item, what should I do? If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return it within 30 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition with all labels and tags attached. The product must not show any signs of use.

Before returning the goods, we kindly request you to contact our customer service via info@alexander-newyork.com and let us know the reason for the return, so that we can process your request correctly.

A return shipment must always be provided with a track & trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment. If we have received your returned goods in good condition, we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your account within 7 days.
